We started off with the cinnamon bacon, which was the perfect combination of sweet and savory. Our entrees were the Herb Roasted Duck Bowl with potato hash, peppers, poached eggs, duck cracklin, and hollandaise, and the Roasted Pork Enchiladas with guajillo pepper, fontina, salsa verde, sunny egg, pickled trinity, and hash.
